We are happy to take on the responsibility of getting you rentals for your property and covering all the points listed below.
- Answer all your enquiries by email, phone or fax.
- Manage the bookings: forward on your property details, answer any questions that arise, provide directions prior to arrival.
- Collection of monies due.
- Meet, greet and hand over the property keys to the guests.
- Be on call for all issues and advice as required.
- Arranging for cleaners on changeover days.
- Ensuring the property is left in good condition on guests departure.
- Refunding security deposit after departure checks have been made.
We will take on the responsibility of looking after your home and investment whilst you are not in residence ensuring you peace of mind at all times.
