Our Property Management and Maintenance Services comprise of the following, the list is not exhaustive by any means it is there purely to give you a flavour of what we can offer.

We will take on the responsibility of looking after your home and investment whilst you are not in residence ensuring you peace of mind at all times.

• Be local contact to resolve any issues that arise and hold a set of house keys
• Project management such as Swimming pool construction, building works, electrical / plumbing works.
• Regular security checks: windows, doors locked, signs of entry, exterior fixtures and furniture, water leaks, power outs.
• Regular checks of utilities including ensuring bills have been paid if done by direct debit, ordering gas and wood.
• Organising your gardener and cleaner according to your instructions.
• Effect maintenance and repair jobs to ensure house is maintained in good condition or arrange builders, plumbers or electricians as required.
• Frequent updates of work and actions taken, advise on preventative actions that may be required to ensure house stays in good condition.
• Arrange pick-up and return to airport.

All maintenance and custodian services are carried out, either:
• With an annual contract and fee
• Charged as an individual piece of work
